Sometimes things will fall apart. Sometimes thing will happen that you were never prepared for. Sometimes you want to blame someone or something but you will have no idea where to point the finger. When your world comes crashing down, you have an opportunity to reshape your world into something better than it was. One door closes so another one can open.

This is my capstone project from my senior year in college, it is a decontructed, broken down timeline of myself in the past 20 years. All events are recorded to the best of my recollection. The purpose of this timeline is for me to have a holistic view of my life and self reflect. In this timeline, I defined my move to New York City at 2008 as the turning point of my life because everything changed from there. Ultimately, the experiences that one goes through in a lifetime shape and change one’s perspective of the surrounding world and oneself. To have the power to look back and reflect on these experiences ultimately elicit useful knowledge on why and how these events happened; and what were the impacts of these events on the development of a person.
Before I graduate college, I want to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and reevaluate myself as the next chapter of my life is unfolding.
